1. Scope & Acceptance

By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any service, programme, or digital product provided by Heal with Sinéad Ltd, trading as Sinéad Cracknell (“we”, “us”), you confirm that:

  • you are entering this agreement for business or professional purposes;

  • you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full; and

  • consumer protection provisions under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 do not apply.

2. Services

All services are supplied as described on the relevant checkout page, invoice, or written proposal.
Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Timeframes are indicative only; time is not of the essence.

3. No-Refund / No-Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final sale.
There are absolutely no refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, or perceived value;

  • postponement, cancellation, or non-attendance.

By completing payment you waive any right of withdrawal or refund under EU/Irish distance-selling rules, as services commence immediately upon purchase.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks or disputes constitute breach of contract.
We reserve the right to:

  • suspend all services immediately;

  • recover the disputed sum, associated merchant fees, and reasonable administrative/legal costs (minimum €10 000 per hour administrative rate for enforcement); and

  • report the incident to credit-reference and fraud-prevention agencies.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and recordings remain the exclusive property of Sinéad Cracknell / Heal with Sinéad Ltd.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for internal business use only.
Reproduction, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

9. Termination

We may terminate services immediately for non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund and does not affect rights accrued prior to termination.

10. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make or publish any defamatory, disparaging, or negative statements—verbally or online—about Sinéad Cracknell, her team, or company.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
